Quick Crunchies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 1 c. chopped dates, 3/4 c. sugar and 2 c. rice krispies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In small bowl, beat eggs well.
Stir in dates, margarine and sugar.
Pour into skillet.
Cook until thickened, stirring very often.
Remove from heat.
Stir in remainder.
Chill.
Form into balls.
Roll in coconut.
Yields 3 to 4 dozen.
