Quick Crescent Fruit Bars
Quick Crescent Fruit Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. can pillsbury crescent rolls, 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts *, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon beans and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375°.
Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan; press over bottom to form crust.
In medium bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups nuts, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over crust.
Spread preserves evenly over crumb mixture. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Combine flour with next 4 ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over preserves. Bake at 375° for 22 to 28 minutes or until golden brown.
(Bars will be soft when removed from oven.)
Cool completely; cut into bars.
Yields 36 bars.
