Quick Corned Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, mashed, 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped, 1 c. grated cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first four ingredients.
Mix soup and milk, then pour into corned beef mixture.
Mix well.
Spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
