Quick Corn Chowder
Quick Corn Chowder is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 48 minutes. Made with campbell's golden corn soup, soup can milk, small can carnation evaporated milk (optional, may use extra regular milk), c. chopped celery, diced and c. onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Saute the veggies in bacon drippings.
Mix the soup and the milk and evaporated milk together and heat; add the sauteed veggies and heat through; don't boil.
Serve in big soup cups. Makes 3 large soup cups or 4 small ones of chowder.
Crumble bacon atop each as you serve the soup.
