Quick Corn Chowder
Quick Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can campbell's golden corn soup, 3/4 soup can milk, 1 small can carnation evaporated milk (optional, may use extra regular milk), 1/2 c. chopped celery, diced and 1/2 c. onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Saute the veggies in bacon drippings.
Mix the soup and the milk and evaporated milk together and heat; add the sauteed veggies and heat through; don't boil.
Serve in big soup cups. Makes 3 large soup cups or 4 small ones of chowder.
Crumble bacon atop each as you serve the soup.
