Quick Company Rolls
Quick Company Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sweet milk, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. lukewarm water and 1 pkg. yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Scald milk; add sugar and salt and stir well.
Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
Add to cooled mixture.
Then add flour; beat until smooth.
Add egg, then add shortening.
Add enough flour to make stiff dough (about 2 1/2 cups); knead on floured board until satiny.
Shape into ball and place in greased bowl.
Grease top of dough; cover and place in refrigerator.
Will keep 3 to 4 days.
