Quick Coffee Cake
Quick Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, beaten well, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. oil, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat eggs.
Add sugar and oil; beat well.
Add vanilla, salt, baking powder and flour.
Beat well and spread half of mixture in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Spread with pie filling, then put rest of batter over the berries.
(Batter will be thick so spoon top batter over the whole thing and spread evenly.)
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°.
