Quick Coffee Cake

Combine the first 4 ingredients together; reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Add the 1/2 cup additional flour, baking powder and baking soda to the first mixture; mix well.
Add the egg, vanilla and buttermilk to the mixture; mix well.
Place in greased 9 x 9-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle the topping on; bake in a preheated 375Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
