Quick Cocoa Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. crisco and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring margarine, Crisco, water and cocoa to boil.
Pour over flour and sugar.
Beat by hand until smooth.
Add eggs, milk, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
Use 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Frost with chocolate icing.
