Quick Chocolate Truffles
Quick Chocolate Truffles is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. softened cream cheese, 2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted, 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and sifted cocoa and chocolate sprinkles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Gradually mix confectioners sugar into cream cheese.
Melt chocolate bits in a double boiler or microwave.
Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and add vanilla extract. Roll into small balls and coat half the truffles in cocoa and the other half in chocolate sprinkles.
Chill before serving.
