Mix margarine, sugar, cocoa and milk in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cook 3 minutes at rapid boil.
Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal, peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix well and drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Allow to cool and harden.
