Quick Chocolate Mousse
Quick Chocolate Mousse is an easy dinner. Made with 1-6 oz. pkg. of chocolate bits, 2 whole eggs, 3 tbsp. very strong coffee, 1 to 2 tbsp. rum or orange flavored liqueur (or to taste) and 3/4 c. scalded milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In container of blender combine chocolate bits, eggs, coffee, rum or orange flavored
Liqueur, and milk.
Blend mixture at high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour mousse into 4 dessert cups and chill.
