Quick Chicken Pie
Quick Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can broth, 1 c. buttermilk and 4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked, cut up and boned, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine in a large long Pyrex dish.
Place chicken in bottom of dish and add salt and pepper.
Pour in soup and chicken broth.
Mix self-rising flour and buttermilk.
Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken mixture.
Cook at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
