Quick Chicken And Dressing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken, 8 oz. cornbread stuffing, 1 stick melted margarine and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Boil chicken until tender.
Reserve broth.
Remove chicken from bones.
Lightly toss the stuffing with melted margarine. Serve 1 cup of the stuffing.
Place the remainder in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Place chicken over stuffing.
Pour chicken soup over stuffing.
Add 2 cups broth.
Top with reserved stuffing mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
