Quick Cheese Bread
Quick Cheese Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix, firmly packed, 3/4 c. water, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 tsp. dry mustard and 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Empty biscuit mix into large bowl.
Stir in water and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and butter.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and dot with butter.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack before slicing.
