Mix cake mix, butter or margarine, 1 egg and nuts together with spoon.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix 2 eggs, cream cheese and sugar together and pour over mix in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
