Quick Cabbage
Quick Cabbage is an easy dinner. Made with 2 strips lean country side meat, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 (2 lb.) cabbage, 1/4 c. water and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and shred the cabbage and place it in cold water until ready to use.
Put the side meat in a pot with the oil and cook slowly until crispy.
Drain the cabbage and add it to the pot along with the 1/4 c. water.
Cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring to cook evenly.
Add salt to taste.
