Quick Buttermilk Rolls

Place yeast, water and 1 tablespoon sugar in a large bowl; set aside.
Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Heat buttermilk on low heat until lukewarm.
Combine with yeast mixture.
Add remaining sugar and corn oil; mix well.
Add flour mixture, 2 cups at a time; blend.
Let stand for 10 minutes; knead 5 minutes. Form into rolls; place on greased pans.
Brush tops with melted margarine.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Yield: 2 to 3 dozen.
