Quick Bread
Quick Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. flour, 2 pkg. active dry yeast, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/4 c. soft margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt and margarine.
Add water.
Beat by hand for 2 minutes.
Then add 3/4 to 1 cup more flour and mix together for another 2 minutes.
Mix until dough is soft.
Let dough rise, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Punch down and divide in 2.
Place 2 loaves on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Brush with melted butter when cooling.
May be used as a cheese or pepperoni bread.
