Quick Baked Pasta
Quick Baked Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed, 3/4 c. red spaghetti sauce and 3/4 c. brown gravy (homemade beef or brown gravy in pkg.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Bring 4 quarts water to boil.
Heat a large frying pan.
Add oil, beef and garlic.
Saute until meat is tender; drain off fat. Ad spaghetti sauce, gravy, half and half, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer mixture while pasta cooks tender.
Drain pasta and mix with sauce.
Pour all into 3-quart (9 x 13-inch) dish and top with Mozzarella.
Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350Β°; bake until all is bubbly hot.
