Quick Baked Haddock
Quick Baked Haddock is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 lb. haddock fillets, 2 egg whites and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Spray 13 x 9-inch pan.
On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
In shallow pan, beat egg whites and 1 tablespoon water.
Dip fillets in egg and water, then the crumbs.
Place in pan and spray butter Pam on top.
Sprinkle with paprika.
It is done when fillets flake when tested with fork.
