Quick And Easy Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in just 56 minutes. Made with (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail, (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin, c. ginger ale and c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain fruit cocktail.
Save syrup and add enough water to the syrup to make 1 cup liquid.
Bring liquid to boil.
Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid; stir until dissolved.
Add ginger ale. Refrigerate until slightly thick; fold in fruit and marshmallows. Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
