Quick and Easy Rolls
Quick And Easy Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. warm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add sugar and salt (taste, it should be sweet and salty, you could add a little more of either as needed).
Add oil.
Add flour as needed until dough an be put on a board and worked.
(Keep flour at a minimum, dough should be soft, never make it too stiff.) Let rise until double in bulk (should do in about 1 1/2 hours).
Work down.
Roll out and cut. Put in an oiled pan and let rise for 20 minuets to 1/2 hour.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until done.
