Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
Bring to boil on high heat.
Lower temperature to slow boil until mixture reaches hard-boil stage.
Remove from heat and cool to 110Β°. Beat for 4 minutes and pour into 8 x 8 buttered pan.
