Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8-inch pie shell (can make your own or buy deep dish frozen one), 1/2 lb. crumbled crisp bacon, 1/2 onion, sauteed, 1 c. cheddar or swiss cheese, grated and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

If pie shell is frozen, bake shell for 10 minutes at 400°. Prick sides and bottom well.
Fill the shell with the bacon, onion and grated cheese. Over the top, pour mixture of eggs, condensed milk and half and half.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or less if brown on top.
