Made with 3/4 lb. sausage, beef, bacon, etc., 1/3 c. green pepper, 1/3 c. onion (optional), 1/2 c. sharp cheddar, swiss or combination, grated and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook meat, onions and peppers.
Drain.
Combine cheese, flour, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and meat.
Pour into shell.
