Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. bacon, 1/4 lb. swiss cheese, 3 raw eggs, 1 pt. half and half and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Fry bacon until crisp.
Drain and crumble into pie crust. Arrange Swiss cheese over bacon.
Beat eggs in bowl slightly with rotary beater; add half and half, salt and pepper.
Blend together.
Pour ingredients over bacon and cheese in pie crust. Bake in moderately hot 400Β° oven for approximately 40 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Remove while center still appears soft and allow to cool slightly before cutting.
