Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 slices crispy fried bacon, crumbled, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. minced onion, 4 beaten eggs and 2 c. whipping cream or half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in unbaked 9-inch pie shell. In a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour over the bacon and cheese mixture.
Bake in a 400° oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300° and bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted 1-inch from edge comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes; cut into wedges and serve.
