Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 small eggs, 1 c. heavy cream, 8 strips cooked bacon, diced, 1 tbsp. butter and dash of salt, pepper and nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a medium size bowl, beat eggs with a whisk.
Add cream and beat; then add salt and spices.
Sprinkle cheese and bacon in bottom of crust.
Pour cream and egg mixture over it.
Dot top of quiche with small chunks of butter.
Put pie plate onto cookie sheet and carefully slip into preheated 350Β° oven.
Cook 40 minutes or until quiche has puffed up into a dome and slightly brown.
Allow to cool at least one half hour before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
