Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pie crust, 12 slices bacon (fried, drained and crumbled), 1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. minced onions and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions in pie crust.
Blend remaining ingredients, and pour into pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes @ 425 degrees.
Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Can be made ahead and baked the next day.
