Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices crisp, crumbled bacon, 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 oz.), 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/2 c. diced onion and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 325Β°.
In bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onions, flour, salt and garlic powder. Toss until well blended.
Put into crust.
Beat eggs with evaporated milk.
Pour over bacon mixture.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
