Quiche Lorraine
Quiche Lorraine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 3 eggs, slightly beaten and 1 c. light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place cheese, bacon and onion in pie crust.
In mixing bowl, combine eggs, cream and mustard.
Pour over cheese mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in filling comes out clean.
