Spray 2 (9-inch) pie plates with Pam.

Press thawed hash browns between paper towel to remove moisture.

Press into bottoms of pie plates to form crust.

Brush with melted margarine, being more generous with top edges.

Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.

Fill with layers of cheeses, meat and onions.

Beat milk with eggs and seasoned salt and pour over the top.

Return to oven and reduce heat to 350° for 35 minutes or so.
