Quiche Bretagne
Quiche Bretagne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. milk and 2 tbsp. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350°.
Combine mayonnaise, salt, eggs, milk and wine.
Mix until well blended.
Toss cheese with flour.
