Quiche
Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10-inch) baked pie shell, 4 slices bacon, onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. bacon drippings and 1 c. boiled or baked ham, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Crumble and place in bottom of pie shell.
Saute onion in bacon drippings.
Arrange over bacon. Place half of ham and 2 slices cheese over onions.
Repeat layers of ham and cheese.
Beat eggs and mustard together.
Add to warm cream and beat again.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
