Quiche
Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Whip eggs lightly.
Combine with flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Add milk.
Mix smooth.
Add hot sauce.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Sprinkle ham, cheese and broccoli evenly over top.
Push below surface to keep from burning.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.
Makes its own crust.
