Queso Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. block mild mexican velveeta, 16 oz. can refried beans and 1 can red or green enchilada sauce (matter of preference as well as mild or hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
