Quesadilla
Quesadilla is an easy dinner. Made with 6 (12-inch) or 12 (6-inch) flour tortillas, 1 c. monterey jack cheese, grated, 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and 1 tbsp. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

On each flour tortilla, sprinkle portions of both cheeses and chopped chilies.
Fold tortillas in halves and place on large baking sheet.
Brush tops of each with melted butter.
Place in 350Β° oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until tops are golden brown. Cut into triangular quarters.
Serve with guacamole and/or sour cream.
Add grilled chicken (fry chunks of chicken in Italian salad dressing on stove) and onions (cut up and cooked with chicken).
