Quail Deluxe
Quail Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 quail, 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped celery and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Saute quail in butter for 10 minutes; remove quail.
Add onion and celery to butter and cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Dissolve cornstarch in bouillon; stir into onion-celery mixture and cook until thickened.
Stir in sherry and parsley.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange quail in shallow pan.
Cover with sauce and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until tender.
Serves 6.
