Putsch's Spinach Salad
Putsch'S Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. pkg. fresh spinach, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. tabasco sauce and 3/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Stem, wash and dry spinach.
Refrigerate.
Tear spinach into small pieces, then chop finely.
Sprinkle with salt.
Blend vinegar and Tabasco and mix with spinach.
Add celery, onion, chopped eggs and cheese.
Blend in mayonnaise and stir until well coated.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
Garnish with one tablespoon shredded egg.
Place 2 tablespoons horseradish on the side.
