Purple Plum Crunch
Purple Plum Crunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, well beaten and 1/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and egg.
Put plums in bottom of ungreased 2-quart baking dish and crumble flour mixture on top. Mix brown sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and cinnamon and sprinkle all over.
Melt margarine and pour over all.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 minutes.
You may also use larger red plums, bing cherries, peaches or apples in place of plums.
