Melt in large saucepan the margarine and chocolate chips.
Mix in cereal and let cool.
In a brown bag, pour in powdered sugar and ingredients and shake well.
It's important not to use plastic bag because the ingredients will melt bag.
You need to mix while warm so powdered sugar will stick.
