Punch
Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 c. sugar, 6 small pkg. jell-o (flavor optional), 12 c. water, 3 pt. water and 3 (12 oz.) frozen orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Boil sugar and 3 pints of water until dissolved.
Mix Jell-O in 12 cups hot water and add to sugar solution.
Add orange juice, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Mix well and freeze.
(Stir while freezing.)
Take out about 1 hour before serving and add ginger ale.
Chop with food chopper or can beat with mixer. Serves approximately 150 (using small punch cups).
