Melt butter in baking dish. Mix 1/3 cup sugar and cinnamon; set aside. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour into bowl over butter; do not mix.
Sprinkle with reserved sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
