Pumpkin Spice Cake
Pumpkin Spice Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. spice cake mix, 3 eggs, 1 c. canned pumpkin, 1/2 c. water and 1/2 c. vegetable oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, pumpkin, water, oil, pudding mix and cinnamon.
Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Stir in pecans.
Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
Frost with cream cheese frosting or serve with whipped cream.
