Pumpkin Rolls
Pumpkin Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. butter, dissolved in 1 c. hot water, 1 pkg. fast acting yeast in 1/4 c. warm water and 1 c. pumpkin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine butter, water, salt and sugar until dissolved. Add yeast, pumpkin, raisins and cinnamon.
Add half of flour and stir.
Add remainder of flour until a soft, firm dough is formed.
Knead for 5 minutes; dough will be sticky. Let rise until double, then shape and rise until double.
Bake at
20 minutes.
2 dozen.
Can be iced when cool.
A lot like a hot cross bun but better.
