Beat the first 4 ingredients together for 5 minutes.
Sift together dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture.
Pour into jelly roll pan, that has been lined with waxed paper and lightly greased.

Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes. Immediately flip onto a damp dish towel; roll up and cool.
Unroll and spread with the filling.
