Pumpkin Roll
Pumpkin Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 2/3 c. pumpkin, 3/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Mix well and spread on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
While pumpkin is cooking, take 2 sheets of aluminum foil, lay on a counter.
Next, lay a dish towel on top of foil and sprinkle 10x sugar on dish towel, enough to cover pumpkin when you flip the pumpkin from the pan to the towel.
Roll as if a jelly roll (towel and pumpkin together).
Let cool approximately 1 hour.
