Pumpkin Roll
Pumpkin Roll is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 2/3 c. pumpkin, 1 tsp. lemon juice and 3/4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Gradually add sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice; set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Fold into pumpkin mixture.
Spread onto greased and floured cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375Β°.
Spread counter sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Cake out roll up.
Let cool. Unroll and mix remaining ingredients.
Spread on cake and roll up. Slice and serve.
