Beat all the ingredients together well.

Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet.

Top with chopped nuts.

Bake in a preheated 375Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cake is done. As soon as it is done, remove from oven and turn it out onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Sprinkle more powdered sugar onto top of cake and roll up (cake and towel together).

Let cool.
